Entry Requirements
Q: Is prior knowledge of AI required to enroll on these courses?
A: No, at present all our courses are designed for anyone with no knowledge of AI tools and skills. However you do need to understand your role and industry to see how these tools can be applied in real life.
Q: My English is not very good can I still enrol?
A: As AI tools rely on clear communication in the form of prompts we would recommend you are fluent in reading and writing English in order to take our courses.
Booking and Payment
Q: How do I book on the course?
A: You can enrol through our website by clicking the "Book Now" button on the course page, or give us a quick call to book over the phone.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, online bank transfers, and payment platforms such as PayPal.
Q: Can I get an invoice for my company?
A: Yes, upon booking you will receive a paid invoice. Please provide your company details at the time of booking if you need a company one.
Course Location and Format
Q: Where are the courses located?
A: Initially we are offering courses via Virtual Classroom. This is very similar to a Zoom meeting and works really well as you can interact with the AI tools on your computer or laptop whilst on the course from the comfort of your own home. We will be offering physical classroom locations in London and Brighton shortly.
Q: What does 'virtual classroom' mean?
A: A virtual classroom is an online learning environment where participants can interact, communicate, view and discuss presentations, and engage with learning resources in a virtual space. It's very similar to a zoom meeting.
Q: Do I need any special software to attend the virtual classroom?
A: No special software is needed. You will need a stable internet connection, and a computer or tablet capable of running a standard web browser.
Course times

Q: What times do the courses run?
A: Course generally start at 9am and run until 4pm (nut can finish earlier depending on the group). You will have a 15 minute break in the morning, 45 Minute lunch break and a 15 minute afternoon break. Times are usually flexible and agreed with the group on the day.
Cancellation and Refunds
Q: What is the cancellation policy for the course?
A: You can cancel up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund (less a £25 admin fee). For cancellations made less than 7 days before the course, a partial refund or credit for future courses may be offered. See our full terms and conditions for more details.
Q: What happens if I miss a course?
A: We understand that conflicts can arise. If you miss a session, please contact us and we will see what we can do, however please note there are no refunds for missed sessions.
After your course
Q: Is there any post-course support available?
A: When you attend our courses we will provide you with a useful pack of course materials and prompting guides and tools. If you need further support after the course please contact us with specific needs.
