Terms and Conditions for Course Bookings

These terms and conditions apply to all courses booked with Embrace AI Training Ltd (a company registered in the UK with registration number 15346209 and registered office at Suite 12, Vantage Point, New England Road, Brighton, United Kingdom, BN1 4GW).

 

If you place a booking with Embrace AI Training accepts that booking, these terms and conditions will form a legally binding agreement between you and Embrace AI Training.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all course bookings made through [Your Company Name]. By booking a course, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1 Course bookings can be made online through our website or via telephone.

2.2 Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you via email upon the successful receipt of payment.

3. Cooling Off Period

3.1 In line with UK Consumer Rights, you have a 14 day cooling-off period starting at the day after your booking confirmation.

3.2 During the cooling-off period, you can cancel your booking for any reason and receive a full refund.

3.3 To cancel your booking during the cooling-off period, please notify us in writing by email.

3.4 Please note that courses can not be cancelled within the 7 day period before a course starts. As such in order to receive the full cooling off period you must book a total of 21 days before a course starts. If your cooling period overlaps with the 7 day period before a course starts then our cancellation policy will apply as per point 4.4 below.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 You may cancel your course booking up to 7 days before the course start date.

4.2 To cancel your booking, please notify us by email (required for all cancellations).

4.3 If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the course start date, you will be entitled to a full refund minus a £25 administration fee.

4.4 If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before the course start date, or if you fail to attend the course, no refund will be provided.

4.5 Embrace AI Training Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule for a later date.

 

5. Payment

5.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking.

5.2 Payment can be made via debit or credit card via our website.

 

6. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

6.1 All course materials provided are the intellectual property of Embrace AI Training Ltd.

6.2 Course materials are provided for personal use and are not to be distributed without written permission from [Your Company Name].

 

7. Liability

7.1 [Your Company Name] will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the course.

7.2 [Your Company Name] disclaims liability for any inaccuracies in the course content.

 

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 These Terms and Conditions may be amended by Embrace AI Training Ltd at any time.

8.2 If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be valid.

 

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
